This programme will enable you to understand the financial tools that underpin Lean Manufacturing & Value Management. These three tools allows you to understand what is "Value Add" and what is not, within your total supply chain and also your internal manufacturing operations.
This programme leads you through the three tools that help you to understand your entire supply chain, identify the total cost of your product, and prepare a Value Stream Map which highlights all elements of WASTE and "non value add" within your operations and also your supply chain.
This programme is the foundation building block for Value Analysis and Value Engineering.
